    • Make sure Kontakt is receiving MIDI data – Open Kontakt’s MIDI settings and confirm it’s set to the correct MIDI channel.

  • If your ELA instrument is loading in demo mode, it usually means one of the following:

    • You are using Kontakt Player instead of the full version of Kontakt. However, ELA products are NKS-compatible and should work with Kontakt Player 8 and above.

    • Your product is not properly registered in Native Access. Double-check that your serial number has been entered correctly.

    • Your Kontakt version is outdated. Ensure you are using the latest version of Kontakt Player 8 or higher.

To resolve this, open Native Access, ensure your product is registered, and update to the latest version of Kontakt Player.

  • If Native Access does not recognize your ELA product, try these steps:

    1. Restart Native Access – Sometimes, a refresh is all that’s needed.

    2. Ensure you’ve entered the correct serial number – Check for typos or missing characters.

    3. Manually add the library – If the product is installed but not appearing, go to Native Access > Preferences > File Locations and update the correct path.

    4. Reinstall Native Access – If none of the above work, reinstalling Native Access can fix detection issues.

If the problem persists, contact contact@elluchador.audio for assistance.

  • If your ELA instrument is not producing sound, check the following:

    • Make sure your DAW or Kontakt is set to the correct audio output.

    • Verify that Kontakt’s volume is turned up – The master volume may be too low or muted.

    • Check if MIDI input is working – If using a MIDI keyboard, ensure it’s assigned to the correct channel.

    • Restart your DAW or Kontakt – Sometimes, a quick restart resolves playback issues.

If your issue persists, please contact our support team for further troubleshooting.

  • ELA Los 100+ sample packs contain WAV loops, which do not automatically sync to DAW tempo like Kontakt instruments do. To sync them properly:

    • Check the original tempo of the loop – If provided, use it as a reference for syncing.

    • Ableton Live – Enable Warp Mode and adjust the BPM.

    • Logic Pro – Use Flex Time to match tempo.

    • Pro Tools & Cubase – Time-stretch the loops using built-in elastic audio tools.

    • FL Studio – Use the Time Stretching knob in the sampler.

Each DAW has different methods for time-stretching WAV files, so refer to your DAW’s manual if needed.

  • Yes! ELA instruments work well for live performances using software like:

    • MainStage (Mac) – Load Kontakt as a plugin for performance control.

    • Ableton Live – Use MIDI mapping for real-time triggering and effects.

    • Kontakt Standalone Mode – Run Kontakt outside a DAW for minimal CPU usage.

For optimal performance, we recommend using an SSD, at least 8GB RAM, and a low-latency audio interface.
